Writers' Workshop

Our Writers' Workshop will be conducted by Mark Shepherd, author of several published science fiction and fantasy novels. Aspiring authors should submit samples of their work well in advance of the con, so Mark can read them before the con. The workshop at the con will consist of two parts: 1) the General Writing 101 information presented in a group format, and 2) some quality critique time, one on one between Mark and each workshop participant.

Mark is willing to review short stories/novelettes/novellas, novel outlines/sample chapters, and even novels. Mark's time is valuable, so we're putting limits on the number of submissions. The number of submissions received thus far is: 9
