ArmadilloCon 24 will be on August 16-18, 2002 at the Omni Southpark Hotel, 4140 Governors Row (I-35 & Hwy 71/Ben White), Austin, Texas 78744 (Hotel Phone: (512) 448-2222 Hotel Fax: (512) 442-8028).
Dealer Room Hours will be Friday 4 - 7 PM , Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM.
The Dealers' Room will open one hour earlier on Saturday and Sunday to allow set up. The room will be available on Friday for setup at 2 PM.
Tables are standard six foot banquet tables, with covers. Table cost is $80. Dealers must provide their own merchandise covers, none will be provided. Each table comes with one free convention membership, maximum of 2 per dealer. Additional memberships may be purchased for $15 each. Electricity, if requested, is $25 for the entire con.
One to four tables may be reserved by sending payment for one table ($80) by July 15, 2002. No dealer may reserve more than 4 tables. You may request the same table location you have had in the past; I will try to accommodate you, but such requests will be filled on a first-come basis. In addition to the $80 reservation fee, you must send in a signed copy of the Dealers' Room Rules, with address and contact information. BALANCE DUE ON THE RESERVED TABLES MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 1, 2002, or your reserved tables will be released to the next dealer on the waiting list. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

If you wish to have a copy of your business card, or a business-card-sized ad, appear in the Program Book, send your camera-ready ad and $15 to the above address by August 1, 2002. Full page ads are available at $150 , half-page ads at $80, and quarter-page ads for $50.
