ArmadilloCon 18 Banquet Here's a message from Banquet Organizer Sandra Steele: Join us at the second Armadillocon Banquet! The best opportunity to dine in elegance with your friends and favorite authors. This year's banquet is an all-you-can-eat pasta pesto treat. The antipasto display features: Julienne ham, assorted salami, assorted domestic and imported cheese, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, baby corn, black and green olives, assorted pickles and cherry peppers. The main dish features a choice of two of the following items: beef and cheese cannelloni, chicken parmigiana, seafood fettucini, and of course, lasagna. All of that bounty is accompanied by a Caesar-style salad, marinated tomatoes and cucumbers, tortellini and penna pasta (offered with marinara, Alfredo and garlic-pesto sauces), vegetable and squash medley, and garlic bread.
